意大利投資人工作許可證辦理（外國(guó)人申請(qǐng)工作許可便捷方式）

　　Last year, 215,000 foreigners set up businesses in Shanghai, accounting for 23.7% of the country's total, which tops in China. According to the "Classification Standards for Foreigners Working in China (for Trial)", foreigners can set up companies in Shanghai as legal persons or investors, but there is still a time "gap" between working and starting a business.

　　正式成立公司之前，入駐園區(qū)或孵化載體的創(chuàng)業(yè)者常被稱為“-1歲老板”。在滬注冊(cè)公司需要時(shí)間，如果一位外籍人士決定創(chuàng)業(yè)并從原單位辭職，那么其原公司的工作許可證就取消了，而新公司的工作許可證還沒(méi)有辦下來(lái)。

　　In order to create a world-class business environment and vigorously attract foreign talents to come to Shanghai for innovation and entrepreneurship, the problem of bridging the gap in terms of work permits for foreigners in start-up enterprises is resolved, and Shanghai Foreign Experts Bureau recommends that they can first settle in the park or incubation carrier and take it as a subject of the application for a work permit.

　　為營(yíng)造世界一流營(yíng)商環(huán)境，大力吸引外國(guó)人才來(lái)滬創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)，解決初創(chuàng)企業(yè)的外籍人士在工作許可證方面的銜接問(wèn)題，上海市外專局建議他們可以先入駐園區(qū)或孵化載體，并將此作為辦理工作許可證的申請(qǐng)主體。

　　Applicants should meet the following requirements: foreigners and members of the entrepreneurial team (in principle, no more than 5 persons) who are resident in the park or incubation carrier, who are within the start-up period and have not yet established a business; who are at least 18 years old, in good health, with no criminal record, and have the necessary professional skills or appropriate knowledge to perform their work; and who are engaged in work that meets the needs of China's economic and social development and are professionals in urgent need in China, etc. .

　　申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)滿足以下條件：入駐園區(qū)或孵化載體、在創(chuàng)業(yè)期內(nèi)且尚未成立企業(yè)的外國(guó)人及創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員（原則上不超過(guò)5人）；年滿18周歲，身體健康，無(wú)犯罪記錄，具有從事其工作所必需的專業(yè)技能或相適應(yīng)的知識(shí)水平；所從事的工作符合我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展需要，為國(guó)內(nèi)急需緊缺的專業(yè)人員等。

　　The park or incubation carrier, as the main applicant for work permits for foreign entrepreneurial talents and teams, shall be primarily responsible for the foreign talents and teams recommended by it during the start-up period. Once the foreign talents and teams have successfully started their business, the park or incubation carrier shall promptly remind the foreign talents or teams to re-apply for work permits in the name of the newly established company. The maximum validity of the Foreign Work Permit for foreign talents and team members is 6 months. Before the expiry of the permit, the park or incubation carrier should make a good assessment of the business venture and apply for extension or cancellation as necessary.

　　園區(qū)或孵化載體作為外國(guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)人才及團(tuán)隊(duì)辦理工作許可的申請(qǐng)主體，為其推薦的在創(chuàng)業(yè)期內(nèi)的外國(guó)人才及團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)主要責(zé)任，外國(guó)人才及團(tuán)隊(duì)一旦創(chuàng)業(yè)成功，園區(qū)或孵化載體應(yīng)及時(shí)提醒外國(guó)人才或團(tuán)隊(duì)以新成立的公司名義重新申辦工作許可。外國(guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)人才及團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的《外國(guó)人工作許可證》最長(zhǎng)有效期為6個(gè)月，許可證件到期前，園區(qū)或孵化載體應(yīng)做好創(chuàng)業(yè)評(píng)估，并根據(jù)需要提出申請(qǐng)延期或注銷(xiāo)。
